1.0 out of 5 stars Denon AH-C560R Mobile Elite In-Ear Headphones with 3-Button Remote and Mic, 28 April 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Denon AH-C560R Mobile Elite In-Ear Headphones with 3-Button Remote and Mic (Electronics)
Excellent sound but very poor build quality (very stiff plastic sleeving which hates the cold and doesn't like being bent). Mine lasted about 4 months before they started falling apart. They were sold with a 90 day warranty so beware as they won't be exchanged unless you have purchased an additional warranty. Avoid these unless you can afford to pay £50.00 every few months for a replacement or are prepared to pay £15.00 for an optional 3 year warranty. If you do go for the warranty option then hang on to all the packaging because you will be sending these back in due course!

Dear Mike

Thank you for your email.

We're sorry to learn your item is no longer working or has developed a fault.

This was sold with a Trusted Goods 90-day warranty only. As the warranty period has expired we are no longer able to offer a warranty repair or replacement.

Best Regards

Adam

Andy says:
Regardless of what you're told about the item having a 90 day warranty, the seller must replace the product as per the sale of goods act. The product you purchased should be deemed not fit for purpose as the product was expected to last a reasonable length of time, and four months is not very reasonable for the high price of the product.
