360 version is GREAT... I wanted FIFA 13 on a portable - BIG MISTAKE.,
This review is from: FIFA 13 (PlayStation Vita) (Video Game)
Quite Simply - I saw the "FIFA 13" logo on the box and because the previous version on the Vita was called FIFA FOOTBALL and not FIFA 12, I thought "GREAT! A FULL VERSION OF FIFA FOR A HANDHELD...YAY!"
What a big mistake this was.
All the other reviews citing minor updates and mis-selling this title as equal to the FIFA 13 franchise are correct.
Personally, if everyone waits this out - then retailers will drop the price like a ton of bricks and then the roster/kit update will cost under £20.
But what can you do if you made the mistake of buying it???? Nothing except to trade it in... I got £25 for my copy... and I am back playing the old version for the Vita. Yes, I have learned my lesson.
If the publisher doesn't send review copies out to IGN, C&VG etc... They are hiding something.
The real crime here is that they label this game as "13" and charge the same price as the PS3/360 version.
I am so mad right now - I feel deceived and abused.
Its not the developers fault - its a business decision, and you need to listen to all the reviews - they all agree that the game is such a minor update over FIFA FOOTBALL, you should save your money and buy the old version.
Not only shame on you EA. But I seriously hope that you lose money on the VITA version... I doubt that will happen as you didn't actually spend anything on it...
WAIT THIS ONE OUT FOLKS... WILL DROP IN PRICE VERY QUICKLY!

You advise save your money and buy the old one but consider this: It's worse than that because I don't want to play a dated FIFA and I don't want to play a virtual cut-and-paste version of that dated FIFA. = Totally disappointed. Is the new PES better than the original FIFA and its full-price evil twin?

You can't beat the authenticity of EA's FIFA, but for the full price of £45 RRP this game is 0/10.
For £35 this game is 1 star rating here on Amazon, especially if you have the first PS Vita FIFA game.
For £30 or less, and without having paid for the previous version of FIFA, then the realistic score of 6/10 can be justified.
The problem here is that EA know that it's been 6months since the previous title and they need to milk the cow.
