Good simple recipes, hard to read when you are cooking though.,

This book is a collection of Ken Hom's receipes from his other books. All the receipes are short and don't require a lot of technical know how. I am very happy with this book even though i have quite a few of these receipes already. It is a very small book and therefore is easy to bring around. However as the book is so small and paperback it can be difficult to read when you are in the middle of cooking a dish. You usually have to pin it open under 1 or 2 paper weights and as the pages are quite small its easy to block part of a the receipe. This can be fustrating and means that the first time you cook a dish you usually leave something out or mis-time a stage.
All in all a good buy and very reasonably priced.
