Dont belive the jacket cover blurb,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Slow Cooking: Mouthwatering Recipes with Minimum Effort (Hardcover)
I bought this because the blurb sang the praises of the use of slow and pressure cookers.
Regrettably the book and recipes did not come with those sort of instructions.
There is nothing wrong with the recipes, indeed many home cooks will already have several of them in use on a regular basis, in varying forms.
Its just that I feel slightly miffed when told to put something in the oven for 5 hours, expensive in comparison to slow cooker!
My other moan is that it wasn't available to download onto an ordinary Kindle.
