Fun and powerful,

I bought this because I saw some people recommended it for RSI relief. Working with computers all day, this was worth a try. It certainly has relieved symptoms, and quickly.
It takes a few tries before you get the technique to keep it spinning, but once you do, its so easy to keep it going. I have tried my best but have only reached 10,000rpm for the briefest of brief moments. I have no idea how people can max it out at 16,000rpm because thats insane! Otherwise its a great workout at a comfortable 7000rpm or even less for a gentle workout. The RSI relief is great, but its also very good for toning your whole arm. Spin for 10 minutes or so and you will feel it, in a good way!
The best thing is that its speed and thus resistance, is controlled by how fast you want it to go, so if you feel your RSI ridden wrist can be fragile at times, it wont get out of control unless you want it to. Just remember to switch it to your non-dominant hand too or your one-armed muscle toning might make you look odd!
