A Complete Rip-Off,
This review is from: Wacom 5 REFILLS BAMBOO und I3 SE PEN, FUZ-A141 (Electronics)
These are the official Wacom Stylus replacement nibs. Dont be fooled, they are nothing more than thin slivers of plastic. The kind of thing you might find as a small part in a childrens toy. They are essentially blunted toothpicks. Now I have had 3 graphics tablets. The first two made by Trust, the third Wacom. The nibs on the trust stylus's, whilst also being removable, NEVER WORE DOWN. Not in all the years I owned them.
About 6 weeks ago I bought a Wacom Bamboo and although it is by far the better of the three tablets I am also already on my second nib with an average of maybe 8-10 hours use a week. If you use it for hours a day you will probably need a new nib every couple of weeks.
Then to make matters worse, they charge £30!! for 5 of these plastic nibs. How the hell do they justify this price?? Its extortionate.
EDIT: These nibs are actually pretty cheap on the official site. Around £5-£8. Whoever is selling these is simply attempting to rip us off. Dont fall for it!
