This title chimed a memory of my first surgical consultant boss advising me to do the minimal amount to get a job done satisfactorily. Concentrate on doing that well, and you'll have an easier life.
Written in a similar vein, the emphasis is on maintaining a proper work life balance. The prose is likeable and the presentation of the argument almost made me want to down tools. The author adds his own life examples readily.
My personal take away from the book is that in moderation, a more flexible schedule allows more to be fitted in comfortably. There are a number of gems of advice that your superiors would probably not want to hear...
