Sorry, A Version Too Far,
This review is from: Halcyon Days (Audio CD)
Buy the original album - HMV and Tesco had "exclusive" versions. I feel this kind of marketing is a very poor way to treat the record buying public. Sorry if anyone objects.

Yes, I agree. It's taking the Mickey really, especially to those who still support CD, instead of those who opt for downloads; which essentially make music disposable. Just like everytning these days, if it isn't broken, try and re-package and re-sell the same thing, (now music), over and over again. Vinyl, CD......it stops there for me. Cassette tapes were always rubbish. If artists want to do this sort of thing they should release an EP full of new tracks too for those who already have the original release. What has music come to? Special version for Tesco, lol!

A lot fans agree, there were plenty of comments about it on Ellie Goulding's Facebook Page from annoyed fans. It would be nice if the music industry listened to its customers, and didn't rip us off like this. There was supposed to be a stand-alone EP of it, but I believe that's only available in the US, if at all.
