I am a great fan of Sheena and as rightly mentioned many of her EMI America / Manhattan albums are very difficult to find on CD now and if and when you can they are usually at prohibitive prices. I was very fortunate enough to buy the One Way remastered and expanded editions of the albums on CD when they were first released and at sensible and much more realistic prices. I also have the original Japanese issues of " Sheena Easton / Take My Time ", " You Could Have Been With Me ", "Madness, Money and Music ", " Best Kept Secret " and " No Sound But a Heart " although these are as the albums were originally issued i.e. no bonus tracks.
The same applies to the album " Home " which was only released in Japan and again is usually a very expensive price.
These issues from Edsel are great especially as they include bonus material and are fantastic value at an amazing price of £8.00 each. Must haves for any Sheena fans and I would recommend to get them while you can especially at the prices and before they too become difficult to get hold of.
The " Take My Time " album has also been issued by Cherry Red with bonus tracks on it.
I actually much prefer " Do You " to " A Private Heaven ". I think " Do You " has some fantastic tracks on it including " Do It For Love ", " Magic of Love " ( my personal favourite ), a great cover version of " Jimmy Mack ", " Can't Wait 'Til Tomorrow " and "When The Lightning Strikes Again ".
Both great albums and it is a matter of personal taste which one you prefer.
