Not so impressed,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Finis PT Paddles - Black (Sports)
I ordered these as I hadn't tried anything like this before. I have the regular paddle shaped kind of like a rectangle. I don't really rate these at all for strength work. I perhaps could see a benefit for someone not holding their hand in the correct position. For strength work I have gone back to using my regular paddles. In my opinion....not worth purchasing unless you need work on how to hold your hand underwater to improve your freestyle technique.

The PT Paddles are not a 'strength' work tool, hence I would advise people to view your review with caution as you are reviewing the product in terms of its suitability for a function it is not designed for. The PT Paddles are a technique tool, designed to increase your feel for the water and remove the propulsion produced by your hand in order to increase awareness of the propulsion produced by the forearm. They are akin to doing fist drills whilst maintaining a natural hand position.
