Not bad for the money,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Casio CTK-3200AD 61 Key Piano Style Touch Response Keyboard with AC adapter (Electronics)
For the money (I paid £125) it's not bad at all. The quality of construction is good and the touch-responsive keys are excellent. Everything works as described but:
1, The LCD display is very small and hard to read
2. The annotations for the control buttons (voices, rhythm, tone etc) are not very clear or easy to read
3. The music stand is a joke, it's a piece of bent wire and you will be lucky if can get more than one stiff piece of A4 paper to stay in place.
4. The lightness of the keyboard is fine for transportation but it isn't really heavy enough to hold the whole thing in place on its stand.
5. Some of the tones and left-hand chord combinations make a slight buzzy sound that can be disconcerting at first.
Apart from all that it is fine for the absolute beginner.
Of particular note is the excellent Casio Music Academy for teaching the keyboard and the way in which you can download tools for learning and run them on your computer with the keyboard connected so that your playing is analysed and displayed back to you.
