Have had the Stereo CD for years, now I've got the Mono mix, it has blown my mind even more! The balance of the instruments and vocals in the mix is a lot better than the Stereo version and the power, especially for 1967, is awesome, blows the CD away. Without this LP, or band for that matter, there would be no Purple, Zeppelin or Genesis amongst others. All those bands have admitted the Fudge's influence on their sound over the years. In fact this LP is the template for much of which followed over the next 5 years in Heavy Rock and Prog, especially in the UK. Standout tracks are You Keep Me Hanging On, Eleanor Rigby and Bang Bang. Essential along with 1968's Renaissance and 1969's Near The Beginning.
