This review is from: The Perks of Being a Wallflower (Paperback)
The book "the perks of being a wallflower" is about a 15 year old boy, named Charlie.
Stephen Chbosky tells about Charlies development from beeing a wallflower to an "normal" boy with friends...
In the beginning of the book, wich is written in letters Charlie tells about his friend michael, who committed suicide.
A very important person in his life too was his aunt Helen, he liked her best of his family but she diet.
Charlie hopes that his life will get better at highschool...
And it is getting better. He finds friends and tryes out everything a tennager should, but he also does things he shouldn't.
At parties he takes drugs and starts smoking.
He also figures out that his friends Brad and Partic keep a big secret...
I think the book, is very good for people who like storys wich make someone think about it. It's not really made for someone who just wanna read a and put it away directly...
