It's an enigma,
This review is from: The Searchers: Radio Intercept in Two World Wars: How Radio Interception Changed the Course of Both World Wars (Cassell Military Paperbacks) (Paperback)
I had bought a WW2, Hallicrafter set and Google guided me here, how/why I don't know!
I had written a true account about the Enigma machine for the BVWS some time ago, after meeting and interviewing a Polish General in the 70's responsible for the 'real' Polish heroes from Poznan who were responsible for the code breaking before WW2 even started.
This book had reference to the Enigma so I bought it. I write as I find and although this book is 'heavy' for me, it does not detract that it is in fact so comprehensive, you probably wouldn't need any other on the subject.
I can't wade through a book religiously, I lose concentration, I find I pick up and put down many books at a time, so gauge my review accordingly.
I paid about a Pound for it via an Amazon dealer, now I see there's one for a Penny!
Conclusion? Got interest in.....Wireless/WW2/Grandad'Ma involved/Over 60/Fascination? Just buy it. Comprehensive little paperback traveler.
