Good Steam Function & Light to Use,
This review is from: Breville Power Steam VIN292 Digital Steam Iron - 2,400 Watts (Kitchen & Home)
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
My own iron is a Philips Azur precis 4310 - which I think is the best iron I have every used & I think has a slight edge to this Breville one.
Having said that the Philips was nearly TWICE the price of this one - hence the 5 stars - as this iron does a very good job.
There is a good amount of steam without holding the extra steam button & the spray function is really good.
The cord is around 3 metres long which is useful if your socket is a long way away from the iron - short cords/cables have been a nuisance on other appliances that I have.
The iron itself is quite light & still does an excellent job of removing creases without giving you arm ache.
One slight niggle is I think the plastic cover for the water inlet hole seems a bit flimsy but only time will tell on that & the iron would still function even if that broke.
NB - I do most of my ironing using a Tefal Steam Generator which I love but that would not be comparing like with like.
So compared with the many other irons that I have had - I can recommend this one especially for the price.
