An expensive walking pole that is not very effective as a mono pod.,

This review is from: Mountain King Expedition Photo Hiking Pole (Misc.)
As I can't image anyone but photographic enthusiasts needing this feature in a walking pole I think it is too inconvenient to use and overpriced. Not Recommended.
Reasonable pole: it is a fairly light and adjustable walking pole with a good hand grip and strong tip.
Inconvenient: to fit a camera you have to unscrew the handle and this is a bit of a faff for long hikes with many photo opportunities. I would prefer a pole with a connector on top of the handle. On a cold or wet day the length adjusters are tricky to turn.
Compromise: this is in no way as flexible or stable as a good mono pole; one reason being that it is too short for photographic work.
Expensive: too much money for the quality as a walking pole and not good enough as a mono pod mean that it is well overpriced.
