Superior product at cheaper price,
This review is from: Wilkinson Sword Quattro Titanium Razor Blades 8 Pack (Personal Care)
Having used Gillette for years (especially Mach3 Power and Fusion Power) and always thinking it was my Desperate Dan stubble that used up blades so quickly, I was really pleased to discover that it wasn't me, but Gillette's blades that were the problem. Wilkinson Sword blades are sharper, smoother and last for many more shaves. And, amazingly, they are cheaper. The Gillette marketing and hype is clearly more superior, which has no value when shaving and for which I have paid for.

It takes a good man to admit as much. 5 Stars to you sir!
For me, Gillette/Papermate are a brand to avoid, as they do/have condoned animal testing. For drugs? No, for bathroom and beauty products. Disgusting. They once appeared on an 'Avoid' list of suspect/unethical companies, where I used to work. Don't know if they still do, but as the old axiom suggests, once you have a bad reputation, it's hard to shake.
Here's hoping these Quattro Titanium fit a normal Quattro.

Why should beauty products not be tested on animals? We use them every day and cannot do without them. They must be tested for safety reasons on animals. Also, WS razors suck. The only people going on about a smooth shave are those who don't really know what a smooth and clean shave is. the Quattor won't allow the blades to get close enough to the skin because of its stupid safety bars that clog up the blades with stubble. No wonder WS got rid of them with the introduction of the Hydro.
