Honestly, i heard a lot of bad reviews about this, and really wanted to upgrade to a blackberry as i needed e mail access at touch of a button and internet. I loved the look of the storm, no buttons, large screen. It was a huge pain at first, getting used to texting etc, but after a couple of weeks you get used to it. And then, well there is no stopping you! Its brilliant, more like a mini computer than a phone, face book is instant access and nice and large. My friend bought the nokia n97, and his facebook takes ages to load and its crap. He wishes he bought a blackberry. Quite simply, i am converted. The best phone i have ever had. The only downside, like most phones, is the battery life is poor.I have to charge it every day, but small quibble.
