Nice case (once you know how to open the Lumia),
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Nokia CC-3041 Lumia 820 Wireless Charging Shell Case - Red (Accessory)
Very nice case, to replace my black case. Adds some colour to the phone.
However, removing the original case on my Lumia 820 drove me crazy. It's impossible to find a gap or even use a nail. Surely, Nokia should have made a slot or a gap somewhere. After 10 minutes, I gave up. However, I then found a video on YouTube on how to remove the case, and it's easy when you know how to!
The trick is to start from the top left corner with a nail, but keep some pressure at the back, below the camera, with one finger, so that the case bends a bit. I can now remove the case in 10 seconds each time...

How did you put the sim card in in the first place?!
Can I ask, is this a matte cover or a glossy one?

Mr. C. Alexander says:
Did you not read your manual? It is very clear in there how to remove the covers.

The case is not put on when you first receive the phone, so no need to remove it to put the SIM card.
The case is not too glossy.

Yes, I did, thank you. They say to use your nails, but watching the video is much easier. Anyway, Nokia should have thought about this a bit more...

I agree, to get the back off is a nightmare, the Nokia 620 was even more so.

Try getting the back off a Nokia 100... you'll need rubber gloves!
