This is a great book to dip in & out of; easy reference.

It's also a book to pick up for tips & hints that would lead to further reading if you wanted to explore subjects further. Good for the committed gardener or for someone like myself who is a fair weather friend of the garden likely to try my hand at all sorts of small projects every now & then.

A book that can be used all year round & support planning for the garden calendar.

Some of the text in reference sections I found a little small.

A good all rounder.
