Good Value (after the hiccup!),
Verified Purchase(What is this?)

Although was easy to assemble, the tension cable appeared to be too short and I spent an hour with my boyfriend trying to attach it.
After a phone call to the manufacturers it was quickly rectified. This should defo be in the manual!!First- attach the upper tension cable to the lower, by putting the ball into the smallest and lowest bit (with what looks like springs on it) then once this is attached pull the upper post instead of the cable and this should release more cable (because it is a magnet in the bottom of the lower post) and then you can just slide the top of the cable in.

Thanks for posting this! It's so badly explained in the manual, and from what I've read from some of these reviews there are a lot of people not doing this correctly and using pliers in an attempt to force it into place, and probably badly affecting the operation of the bike.
