We have taken up your complaint regarding the pots with the manufacturers. They are baffled as to why there were no holes as these are incorporated in the mould that makes the pots.
The seeds are supplied by a leading UK seed merchant, after contacting them, they suggested that perhaps over-watering would have stopped germination.
In any case, we want you to be happy with your purchase and look forward to hearing from you with an address so that we can forward the replacement.
