Canon Power-Shot SX30IS,
This review is from: Canon Powershot SX260 HS GPS Digital Camera - Black (12.1 MP, 20x Optical Zoom) 3.0 Inch LCD (Electronics)First off I am not a photographer, so I haven't written about the detail of this camera which if your interested you can obtain that information from the web anyway. What I wanted was a good all round camera, I wanted it to have a view finder and a back screen that would tilt, I wanted a camera that was easy to use in different circumstances and I wanted it to look like a camera.
So the first thing is it does look like a camera so first box ticked. Second the view finder works OK, and so does the back screen which I use the most. I take pictures of everything from buildings in sunlight (not that we have much in the UK)but also small items in low light, the low light pictures are pleasing and the sharpness is very good, great for putting pictures onto ebay, the zoom is amazing and when taking wildlife pictures its brilliant Ive had this camera now for just over a year and use it often. It makes it easy to take good pictures and even with my bad eye sight shaking hands and a grandson that wont stand still I still manage to take good pictures. If your looking for a simple to use camera that also gives you the ability to learn more this is a really good camera, it as lots of features and a lot that I haven't used yet but in the meantime I am still enjoying taking ordinary photos point and click style, the camera does the rest.
My advise is buy one and don't look back.

This review might have been helpful if it had been talking about this camera the SX260 and not the SX 301S so he should not be classified as a top reviewer when he posts his reviews on the wrong item. For instance the SX260 doesn't have a view finder.
