Look at the list of ingredients before buying (contains parabens),
This review is from: Cetraben Emollient Cream 500g (Misc.)
For a product whose main target is people with skin problems, not including the list of ingredients is very misleading.
This cream contains a class of chemicals called parabens which can "cause skin irritation and contact dermatitis and rosacea in individuals with paraben allergies, a small percentage of the general population" (excerpt from wikipedia page about parabens). I wouldn't normally be so harsh with a review but I think the seller is responsible for including this list of ingredients so that the customers are aware of what they are buying. This is even more important when their target audience is more likely to be allergic to these ingredients.
I've added 2 pictures with the list of the ingredients.

purchased a 500g size of Cetraben 12/01/2015 and it states on the side of the container that it is SLS and Paraben Free.
