Effective weight loss tool,

I have found this one of the best apps around and the most effective weight loss tool you can have. There's no starving yourself or living on salad and air. Used daily the app makes you think about how many calories you are eating and drinking it's that simple. I lost 20lb in 10 weeks and have maintained that weight for the last 6 months.
