I purchased this as a friends daughter said it worked for her. Unfortunately when I read it, I was not impressed particulalry the part that tells you what sort of metabolism you have. I answered as truthfully as possible, some questions could not have a definite answer and the outcome was very much not me. It may work for some but for me to be a sensible diet it should be based around day to day foods and not require the purchase of whey poders and protein drinks. Not for me but it works for some.
