This review is from: Mapping the First World War: The Great War through maps from 1914-1918 (Imperial War Museum) (Hardcover)
A lovely book, beautifully presented, by the author of Topography of Armageddon, which it complements very well for students of maps in the Great War. The first volume was really valuable although it suffered at times from being difficult to read (despite its very large format) whereas this, new work is different and much broader in scope - and a pleasure to handle and read.
