It has a great introduction about macrobiotics and it does explain the recipes and ingredients well. But for someone who's trying to introduce petit macro, she's using ingredients, that at least I won't find easily in my country. Lots of ideas that I can adapt and adjust though. I wouldn't buy it again, but you have the chance borrow it from a friend.
