Bought this book based on a radio inteview of Lee Eveans in which the book was discussed, and then reading the Amazon reviews...

I have to say that I don't agree with any of the 'laugh out loud' , 'funniest book i've ever read' reviews.

I found it okay as a story, but after finishing it I won't be in any hurry to read any more Lee Evans. To be totally honest I found it slightly dull, it read without so much as a chortle, let alone a guffaw.. Goodness knows where the other reviews found the high humour they purport to have read.

Read it if you find it left around on holiday in a hotel lobby, otherwise your money and your time would be better spent elsewhere..
