DDR3 or DDR2, 2 Dec 2011

Purchased this for Samsung N150 Plus and was initialy confused as to which module to order but on removing existing module visible label indicated that DDR3 was the one (apparently this netbook can take either depending on the model so PLEASE check before ordering to save a mistake. Pleased with the product and installing was straight forward - just make sure the battery is removed prior to removing/changing memory module other than that the task is easy. Netbook is faster so worth it. Good delivery and arrived as advised.
