Too thin and a bit too small for Fuji X100S,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Lowepro Dashpoint 30 Bag for Camera - Pepper Red (Electronics)
I was looking for a small pouch that I can attach to my backpack, to keep my Fuji X100S in with lenshood attached. Contrary to what one reviewer said, I think it is a bit too short to take the camera properly. Sure, the top can be zipped up, but the padding is thin, too thin in my view for what I need, and the camera somewhat protrudes through the case. A shame really, as I can find no other pouch that will do the job.

That's useful information and backs up my impression from handling these in the shop. It's a pity Camera Care Systems are no longer available. The best alternatives to the Lowe I've found are these two, although I must stress that's on spec only - I haven't handled them. (Crumpler bags seem robust though)
Crumpler Light Delight 300 - Camera Sling / Pouch - Sailor Blue - LD300-006
Clik Elite Micro Camera Bag - Black
Crumpler Sporty Guy (ugh) bags have waist attachments and are very solid but only around 2nd hand. Crumpler change their designs far too frequently.

The Nest S10 is very slightly bigger and also much nicer quality.
I saw the Nest in the shop and regret not buying it. I bought the Lowepro on Amazon blind and was disappointed, also the measurements of it seem a bit smaller than stated.
Going to order the Nest S10 on the Internet now..
