Not so perfect,
This review is from: Perfect People (Hardcover)
I was disappointed on 2 counts - firstly being a Peter James fan I pre-ordered on my kindle, only to find the price reduced later - so I won't be rushing to do that again!
The book disappointed - it's not one of Peter James' best, I couldn't identify with the annoying parents, friends were referred to in e-mail conversations, and it was a bit "James Bond" and not convincing. Seems hurried in places.
Sorry, a good author but this does not hit the mark.

I pre-ordered a book from these, though not a kindle, it was actually 5quid less at tescos. I complained and they gave me a 5quid gift voucher. I now never pre-order again.

If you pre-order and the price drops Amazon charges you the lower price...

I realise that now thanks, I was just miffed as was 5 quid cheaper at Tesco, 400 yards from me. They did the full set of Dragon Tattoo girl for 5 quid not so long ago, ace deal for 3 books. Anything expensive though I always use Amazon, customer service very good. Cheers
