The best rotary shaver I've ever used,

Which isn't to say it's perfect.
My first impression was that it's quite flimsy with the shaver heads sticking out separate from the main body of the shaver itself. Indeed I accidentally dropped it (not an intentional test to destruction) and the heads flew off. They were, however, easily popped back in place without any signs of damage.
A dry shave first which, as other reviewers have reported, was very good indeed and much better than any other battery-powered shaver I've used. So that was very impressive. I then used the Nivea facility which initially felt a little strange but also very nice and I liked it. So, insofar as comfortably and effectively removing hair from my face goes, full marks.
I had to think twice when it came to cleaning the shaver. It didn't seem quite right to stick it under water and then switch it on! But it worked. Removing the actual heads themselves to clean them with a brush was a little fiddly, particularly when it came to getting them back in place, but I am a bit of a klutz so I'll let that go.
The short instruction leaflet gave me pause for thought as it's done in diagram form without a word of text. Even though I'm quite used to reading and decoding visuals (bit of a graphic novel fan), I prefer instructions to have words. I almost found the information above to be more helpful than the leaflet, almost and certainly complementary.
And you've also got to cough up for Nivea refills every so often, though I suppose you don't actually have to use that facility if you don't want to.
If it seems I'm carping here, I am. These are minor quibbles at worst. Overall this is a really good rotary shaver which is well worth having and I'm very pleased to have it..
