Call this book Brilliant,
This review is from: Call Me Elizabeth: Wife, Mother, Escort (Paperback)
Picked this book up in the supermarket thinking easy read, its probably another memoir like Belle de Jour I'll give it a go. When I started this book I could not put it down. This is the true story of Dawn (Elizabeth) who after being constantly let down by the men in her life including her father, turns her life and financial situation completely around. She manages to keep her family life so normal and its obvious she did this for her children. This book is not in diary form and does not babble on like Belles memoirs. This is a sad yet triumphant story of an extremely strong woman and I would buy her a drink if ever I met her in the street.
