This review is from: Heat In A Click Instant Re-Useable Heat Pack Shoulder Warmer (Various Colours) (Personal Care)
This item is advertised as an "instant, portable and reusable heating pad". I bought it thinking it would be low-energy, convenient and easy to use away from home when on the road. Turns out that after each use you have to boil it in a pan for 30 mins in order to be able to re-use it (and see other reviews for how "easy" this is to do). Not so low-energy or convenient after all. I tried to return it as it was of no use to me, only to find that the item is apparently "not eligible for return" and my email to Amazon Customer Services to query why has received no response after nearly a week. A total waste of money.

Nearly everywhere you can buy one of these pads, it clearly tells you in black and white that you will need to boil the heat pack again to re-activate the pack. And of coarse you won't be able to return it, use a bit of common sense, what other type of hygiene products are allowed to be returned unless the product was damaged when it was delivered....None? Yes and it was a waste of your money because you purchased a product you knew nothing about, more fool you (also £15 doesn't usually brake the bank)!

If at the top of the page you clicked on the "more about product" ! it very clearly in large print (not small print) states how to reactivate it. Another case of someone not bothering to find out about the product before purchasing ... then moaning!
