What A Carry On for an unauthorised release?,
An intriguing release for February 2014 bearing in mind how long it's taken for the CSNY 74 set to be released and how much Neil Young controls all things with CSNY this looks like an unofficial release. 50 by 4 ? A misleading title as they were only together for a short time in those 40 years and after 1971 their combined output has been nowhere the quality from their solo records of the 70s. I'll update this as and when it's released. What does 50 mean? They got togerher in 1969 that's not 50!

I'm inclined to agree with you ....wouldn't waste my money on any unauthorised dvd, I already wasted enough on that dreadful Wembley 74 dvd - and yes CSNY have way underachieved collectively and individually since the seventies...their highlight imho is the 4 CPR albums ...

What a irrelevant and vitriolic review of a dvd you have not even seen?! How utterly ridiculous. You obviously have an ax to grind against some or all of CSNY. If you don't like their music since 1970 that's your right. Don't buy their music or dvds-it's that simple. Spare yourself and the rest of us your misguided aggravation. But to publicly rant and rave in numerous reviews degrading them singularly and collectively is childish and defamatory. Millions of people all over the world disagree with your negative opinions regarding their music as evidenced by their sold out tours on a yearly basis for decades. They are all talented and relevant today as they were when they first started collaborating in 1968 for those of us that enjoy their music.

Mr. A. W. Riggs says:
That's hilarious! 'Relevant today' you're having a laugh! Please explain their musical relevance since 1976. Excluding Y. Sold out tours playing the same set list closing with the awful Teach Your Children. CSN believe their own legend - I'm not ranting or misguided CSN drank and drugged themselves into an artistic abyss.
