This review is from: How to Write About Food - the top 50 writing bloopers to cross an editor's desk (Kindle Edition)
Ross is an excellent magazine editor and restaurant critic and has used his experience to craft a small but concise book offering excellent guidance on how (and how not) to write about food. He clearly spells out what not to do and how to get it right. I found myself reading pages and then going to my own blog to see if I had committed any transgressions.
If you want to write, read this book first. And keep rereading it.
