'Place To Place' (known as 'Here and There' (Atchi Kotchi) in the original Japanese) reminded me in some ways of 'Lucky Star'; the main character Tsumiki Miniwa being a dead ringer for Konata Izumi, the main character from the latter series. The story revolves around the diminutive Tsumiki ('Miki-chan'), who has a massive trade-mark 'cowlick' (known in Japanese as 'Ahoge'; literally 'stupid hair') on her forehead, and her unrequited love for her by now very tall childhood friend Io Otonashi, who is kind and gentle, and very fond of 'Mimiwa', as he calls Tsumiki, but totally clueless of the fact that she is in love with him; his friends (who all seem to know about Miki-chan's feelings for him) refer to him as 'dense'. He cares greatly about her, and sees her almost as a little sister (even regularly patting her on the head, which causes her to grow 'neko-mimi' cat ears and a tail, as seen in the cover picture!), but not as a love interest. Tsumiki spends her time trying to drop him the hint, usually without success; however, sometimes his reactions to her can appear to be romantically inclined, which just causes more confusion for her!
Anyway, a great story, which I felt needed to be longer; it was kind of inconclusive, but very cute and adorable, and Tsumiki is just great, being cute and rather 'tsundere' in character; she is very strong, given her diminutive stature, and not averse to battering her girl-friends when they embarrass her in front of Io, who, of course, still never seems to catch on!
Picture and sound are fine, and the music is cute; overall, well worth seeing!
