This review is from: Swing: A Beginner's Guide (Kindle Edition)
A fatal problem with this book in e-book format is that all the programming examples are reproduced photographically from faint printouts. The characters are not black but faint grey, and font is tiny - unreadable without a microscope - and the examples do not expand when you switch to a larger font for the body of the text. I found the book unusable (even though I'm getting to grips with SWING). I can't send it back to AMAZON, but I feel I have totally wasted my money, and I'd love to get it back. Amazon please take note!

FYI on Kindle Reader for iPhone I can click on the code examples and zoom in to 14 characters by 4 lines. No problem in reading it then, even from across the room!
