V disappointed with this one. Maybe, I read to much of this genre but I had guessed the killer from early on in the book. This one seemed a bit drawn out too. I like a mystery with enough twists and turns to keep me guessing and then prove me wrong, that is the essential part of a mystery or crime novel. This is the third book of hers I have read and the second I have guessed the killer. Have downloaded other books by this author so hoping the red herrings are a little better and the killer not so obvious! Shame, as the characters are well written and I really like Falconer and Carmichael.
