The book title seemed a little pop. psychology when I read it, but the book turns out to be an interesting new slant on an age old problem - excessive worrying or prevaricating. The book suggests that thinking about negative potential futures or fretting about negative past events is what makes you depressed. It seems simple, but it does work! The basic premise is outlined in chapter 1 and the remaining chapters "bang the drum" until you finally get the point. If you are on a journey of recovery and find your mind cluttered with "what-ifs" then this is worth a read.
