Very Unimpressed. Badly designed, cheaply made.,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)

Badly designed. The hole you place the capsule in is so large it often drops through to the bin below, so you have to fish it out. If you do manage to balance it carefully and close the lid, then when you start the process it doesn't pierce the capsule so you get a small cup of hot water and then you have to fish the capsule back out and try again. On the third attempt you get a tiny cup of coffee, even on cup mode, so you have to start adding hot water from the kettle.
It's a real faff, a waste of money and don't recommend it all.

I have owned this machine for some time now & I have never experienced the problems you describe. Very strange.

Either you have a faulty machine or you are doing something very wrong! We have several of these machines in our office and they each make about one hundred cups of coffee every week without any issue whatsoever, hence why I am currently looking to buy one as a xmas gift.

The capsule can only drop straight through if the lever is in the wrong position. The volume of water delivered is easily adjusted and the machine 'remembers' the setting. I don't think this buyer has properly familiarised him/herself with the device.
