This review is from: Samsung Galaxy Pro 10.1-inch Tablet (Black) - (Exynos 5 Octa 1.9GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, WLAN, BT, 2x Camera, Android 4.4) (Personal Computers)
Encountered problem with full screen video playback after just a few days of owning it. Video has horizontal distortion lines right across screen when playing. Not impressed at all, after some research I found a workaround on the internet, but it involves enabling developer options and disabling hardware overlays under Hardware-accelerated rendering. Other than seemingly resolving the video problems I do not know what the consequences of changing this option might be. But what you do with your tablet is your own business not mine.

I am experiencing the same issue, I think maybe it's got to do something with the software, they will fix it in their upcoming updates. It does happens sometimes though not every time on mine.
