I love to run but lots of long-distance running had seen me pile the pounds on. I followed Julia on Twitter for a while and decided to give this a go and haven't looked back since. What appealed to me that there were no gimmicks with the programme and it all can be done in your own home. Don't get me wrong you have to commit to this and work damn hard, its no quick fix solution, but in 12 weeks I dropped a dress size and became a much healthier, fitter and happier version of me. So if you are willing to put in the hard work and alter your eating habits I would recommend this book wholeheartedly. This past year since working on this programme I have smashed all my running PB's and been in the shape of my life whilst running a lot less miles. I'm one very happy lady, feeling stronger and healthier in body and mind.
