Great Reference Book for Healthy Living and Fertility,
This review is from: The Fertility Diet (Paperback)This is a great book for anyone wanting more information on how to increase their fertility. Most of the other books and websites I have seen on this topic repeat the same limited information. This book includes alot of new material and tips that I have never read about or seen before and its all collated and summarised in a very easy to read format.
I really liked the anti ageing and general wellness tips also. This book is a good reference generally for women (and men) on how to live and eat to increase their general health. Sarah's sense of humour and writing style is very easy to read but it backed up by lots of scientific research so it comes across as extremely well researched and credible material.
I highly recommend this book to all women thinking about fertility and especially to women over 30, even those not thinking about having a baby right now.
