Mouthwatering recipes, and 100% vegan.,

I made the fresh mozzarella as soon as I got my copy of the book, and it's fantastic. It tastes great as a caprese with sliced tomatoes and basil, and it's mouthwatering melted on top of a baked potato. We're about to slice some onto a pizza - can't wait!
