As a Bar-B-Q novice who has just purchased a Weber Kettle, it was disappointing that this book is mainly about using a gas Weber. I had hoped for useful hints and tips in using the Kettle solid fuel version. This uses techniques which would be difficult to replicate on the Kettle. Otherwise, some interesting flavours and marinade options.
