4.5 stars for functionality.
-0.5 for no colour buttons, touch screen doesnt quite do it for me.
-0.5 for colour, deep black, kept losing the thing on the sofa, it looks nice but flourescent green would be better!
-3.5 for going faulty within 2 weeks!
-5 for Amazons returns process!

Worked well, for a week,then the unit stopped charging, its takes proprietary rechargable batts. Tried everything to no avail. Have arranged for a return and refund, I cant take the risk of spending over a ton on a remote with seemingly longevity issues! Looking at cheaper cheerful alternatives.

Refund process with Amazon shambolic, waited in, DHL driver refused to take package, said it had wrong address on pre-printed amazon label. It didnt, Amazon have a new returns centre which DHL didnt know about, so bad comms between amazon and FHL. Amazon Cust Service told me to re-schedule another DHL collection. When i tried to do this via the email link, filled all my details in then clicked to be told 'cannot be processed as your job number has already been used', yeah i know! Phone Amazon back and they have arranged a city link collection for tomorrow!

Moral of the story to me seems to be get off your bum and go to a physical shop, this online business is literally a waste of time when things go wrong! At least when things go wrong you can just go back to the shop!

(By the way, anyone having problems with Harmony remotes should deal with Harmony customer services, I have dealt with them recently and they have been first class). Also, how can you give a lower score for the remote being black? Didn't you see the picture of it before you bought it?

The beauty of Amazon is that i can write whatever I like, I can rate things however I like and you can choose to say whatever you like too. I went through Harmony support, the thing was broke, so i returned it.
