Online community management is about to go mega-viral-vogue in the UK (we're slightly behind the times) and this book will/should be the core txt that all individuals who are representing brands on social media read - and then read again.
Up to this point community managers like myself have been navigating and experimenting in the dark. Dave Kerpen and his likeable team have expertly put all the knowledge you could ever want in one easy to follow yellow bound book. Its jam packed with rich likaeble content, advice that if followed will allow you to successfully cultivate an online community.
The greatest compliment comes in the fact that it's in what Dave doesn't say that I find most impressive. It's so easy to make things needlessly overcomplicated or loose sight of what's important. Dave does not allow this to happen though as we take our user journey through the book. He never lets us loose sight of the basics (just see the final conclusion for a perfect summary).
To end on one word, four characters in length... "like"
OK that was more that 420 characters but facebook ain't counting here.
