A trusty companion in the kitchen,

I bought this book two months ago and it has already become my trusty companion in the kitchen. Though not strictly vegan, I was looking for inspiration and recipes that are varied and variable and did not rely on dairy and eggs for protein. The recipes are easy to follow, and all the dishes I made were quick to cook at the end of the day. The best feature is the section with suggestions for variations for each recipe so one can try out different ingredients and spices and their effects. I highly recommend the book.
